Warranty, Exchange, and Return Policy

As part of our commitment to providing a convenient and secure shopping
experience in the State of Qatar, "Tajer" platform adheres to the
warranty, exchange and return policy in compliance with the laws, regulations,
and decisions of the state of Qatar.
Warranty Policy:
If a product or
service comes with a warranty, the specific duration and details of the
warranty will be included in the offer's description. The actual warranty
documents will be provided within the package that contains the product or
service. If the product description does not mention a warranty, then the
product or service does not come with one. If the description does not specify
a warranty, our Warranty, Exchange, and Return Policy will apply.
Exchange and Return
Policy:
1.
Exchange and Return Duration:
· Customers can
return products within 7 days from
the date of receiving the order.
· Customers can
exchange products within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.
2.
Exchange and Return Conditions:
· Products must be
in their original condition—unused, undamaged, and intact, with all accessories
and original packaging (if applicable).

All tags, labels,
and accessories (if available) must be intact, unremoved, and undamaged.
·
An invoice or
proof of purchase is required.
3.
Non-Exchangeable and Non-Returnable Products:
·
Products that are
unfit for reuse or resale.
·
Personal care and
health-related products, including but not limited to cosmetics, perfumes,
shaving tools, and hygiene products, once opened. Underwear, swimwear, socks,
and similar items cannot be exchanged or returned for hygiene reasons.
·
Electronics and
technical accessories are non-exchangeable and non-returnable unless a
manufacturing defect or technical fault is present.
·
Customized or
made-to-order products as per the customer’s request, unless a manufacturing
defect is proven.
·
Products that
have been damaged or scratched due to misuse.
·
Perishable items,
such as food, fresh flowers, and live plants, due to their short shelf life.
·
Digital products,
such as downloadable software, e-books, digital music, or online subscriptions,
as they cannot be returned once used.
·
Gift cards and
prepaid cards.
·
Opened software
and video games—physical copies that have been opened cannot be returned to
prevent unauthorized duplication or piracy.
·
Final sale
items—products sold under "final sale" or clearance are eligible for
exchange if available or return as per the approved policies.
4.
Eligibility for Exchange and Return:
A customer is entitled to exchange or return a product for a similar
item or receive a refund in the following cases:

If the product
has a defect.
·
If the product
does not meet the required standard specifications.
·
If the product
differs from the advertised description or intended purpose.
·
In cases where
the sale of a product to the customer involves Tajer committing a violation of
any provisions of the laws, regulations, or decisions related to consumer
protection.
·
If it is found
that the product does not comply with the agreement made with Tajer.
5.
Compensation in Special Cases:
·
If the exchanged
product is priced lower than the returned product, the price difference will be
refunded to the customer.
6.
Refund Methods:
1. Credit Card Purchases: Refunds will be credited back to the original card within 7–21
business days, depending on the card type.
2. E-Wallet Purchases: Refunds will be credited to the customer’s e-wallet balance.
3. Cash Purchases: The refund will be issued in cash or credited to the e-wallet, as per
the customer’s preference.

Exchange and Return Costs:
1. If a customer requests an exchange or return for reasons that entitle
them to do so, such as manufacturing defects or non-compliance with advertised
specifications, Tajer will bear the full shipping costs associated with
returning the product.
2. If a customer chooses to exchange or return products through home
collection and delivery for reasons not covered under this policy, laws,
regulations, or decisions (such as a change of mind regarding size, color, or
other personal preferences), and Tajer approves the exchange or return request,
the customer will bear the full collection and delivery costs.

Exchange and Return During Sale Periods: During sales and promotional periods, the
following conditions apply to the exchange and return policy:
1. Exchange and Return Duration:

Customers can
exchange or return products only within the sale or promotional period.
2. Refund Value:
·
The refund amount
will be based on the discounted price at the time of purchase, not the original
price.
3. General Conditions:
· All terms and conditions outlined in this policy remain applicable during sale or promotional periods.
Legal Disclaimer:
This policy and its terms are subject to Qatar Consumer Protection Law
No. 8 of 2008.
In case any provision of this policy conflicts with applicable laws,
regulations, or decisions issued by relevant authorities in Qatar, the Qatari
laws and regulations shall prevail, and any conflicting policy provisions shall
be nullified.
