Directions:
It should be used every 6-7 days and is for all skin types. It comes with two suction caps and 4 sets of spinning disc with different colors that indicates their intensity. Rinse the cap and filter between each use with warm water and soap. Do not stop or remain in one area. New users should always start with the white disc, then increase disc intensity with each consecutive week. Stop changing discs once your desired exfoliation level is reached, most people will not need to use the highest level of intensity.
