Return Policy & Procedures
In order to
provide our customers with confidence whilst shopping with us, Tajer offers a
full refund policy within 14 days of purchase in the Tajer (T’s & C’s
Apply) as per the below:
Returned items
should be in its original and re-sellable packaging and overall condition
accompanied with original receipt from Tajer.
For hygiene and
safety reasons, Swimwear, Lingerie, Earrings and Cosmetics products will not be
exchanged or refunded, unless there is a clear manufacturing default.
Any GWP (Gift With
Purchase) promotional gifts, must be returned along with the purchased product,
to receive an exchange and all other policy requirements apply.
Our policy does
not affect your local statutory rights.
Tajer does not accept any responsibility or
liability whatsoever for lost, damaged, stolen or any unauthorized use of goods.
Delivery charges applies as specified in the terms and conditions of Tajer during refund and exchange transactions.
